My sugar and carbohydrate cravings completely disappeared after 3 days. My issue isn't just sugar but starchy foods as well. And the more I eat them, the more I crave and the hungrier I get. .

Both! If you are limiting your calories or fat, it helps to be able to eliminate the yolks and still have a hearty breakfast. Most days I eat an omelet or scramble with 1 whole egg and two egg whites. . I LOVE the yolks. And if I were going to eat just one egg, it would be the whole egg. .

I have a similar problem but it's starchy foods in general. Bread, rice Pasta. It doesn't seem to matter to my waistline that it is the highest quality bread, rice or pasta.
