Ugh, I'm back after a year hiatus (and lots of weight gained). I feel like I'm at the bottom of a very tall mountain...but I can do this. I've done it before. My goal for 2017 is to start exercising again and feel the joy of exercise. I also need to work on managing stress better.

Hi! YouTube is such a great way to find short, great workouts. I like Jillian Michaels' workouts because most are 20-30 minutes, and that works well for this full-time working, mom of 2 young kids. Good luck!

I FINALLY had a mental shift today and went out for a brist walk/jog. I have been so out of it for almost 4 months. It felt amazing to move, and I'm hoping this feeling motivates me to keep it going! I finally added all my info to the spreadsheet and plan to use it for motivation too! :smile:

Ugh, I gained 1.6, BUT...I'm not too upset since I've been on Spring Break. This is the least I've gained on a week-long vacation, so I'll take it. I did go jogging twice, and I'm off to go roller skating with the fam today, so I got a little exercise in. :-) Shannon

I peeked this morning too and am not happy. I have been under calorie goal 6 days this week AND exercised 6 days, but the scale is showing a gain :-( Sometimes I have a drop on Friday mornings, so here's hoping... :-) Shannon
