Are you eating all your calories every day. You might try for a bigger breakfast so you avoid the starving all day feeling. That's what is working for me.

I'm not a doctor or an exercise physiologist but I'm with the other two; everything I've read says the best way to get off a plateau is to change up your exercise. Hi welcome to mfp. It's a great site. I recommend reading the links for newbies in the general diet section they have some really good information especially about the stages of weight loss. I have never been successful until I came here. I've lost 5 pounds so far and every day I receive support from someone.

Yes I am losing slowly too. I lose about a pound and a half every couple of weeks. But, its a program I can live with and the weight loss is a bonus.

Are you eating all of your calories? Even the ones you "earn" by exercise? If you aren't eating enough you won't lose weight. I think in the newbies section there is a good article about how weight loss works.
