Thanks for the ideas, yes there is a fridge but I have been bringing a cooler with me as sometimes people raid the fridge for anything that looks good. Your ideas work for the cooler.

I typically use food when I'm bored. It's like I can't think of anything to do but eat. Also, definitely use food for comfort.

My nutritionist (who has a masters degree) says 5 small meals per day with a source of protein at every meal. 2 of my meals are more snackish than anything but I try to include a source of protein in every meal or snack.
