Mostly my insatiable sweet tooth and inability to say no when sweets are offered to me. I also tend to give in to emotional eating (ie a whole box of Kraft Dinner when I'm upset).

I've never gained weight on the pill. Other drugs made me gain 50 pounds, but I've never gained a single one from birth control.

I think you are doing more than enough exercise. If you don't feel like doing the bike, don't. You don't want to burn out or hurt yourself by doing too much.

I think another 20 pounds would be too much. I would strength train now to reshape and get more definition.
