I think that either they are delusional, or that you need ab etter camera for your Skyping because you look fantastic and that's just crazy talk. Ignore them, you look very healthy. I hope to look like that soon!

I would use real butter if I wasn't allergic to dairy. Since I am, I either use olive oil margarine, or coconut oil.

I have the same problem, but it's often things like a protein/granola bar, cookies or fake ice cream (I can't have dairy). I know it's holding me back and slowing my progress, but I keep doing it so don't have any advice. I'm hoping to get some here too!

I don't have pics, but my tattoos weren't affected at all by a 40 pound loss. But I think a lot of that depends on where they are. Mine are on my ankle, small of my back and shoulder blade so they are areas that don't expand much when you gain. I intentionally never got one on my tummy or side in case I ever get pregnant.

I cut WAY back on the sugary drinks. I used to drink, iced tea, juice and pop all the time, now it's a treat.

I often make a big batch of lentil and vegetable soup on Sundays to bring to work for lunches. Chili also reheats well. You could also bring stir frys and curries.

So cute! I have two cats - one is so skinny the vet says I have to leave food out all the time for him, but my girl is too fat and needs to lose weight. This is not easy! I can't separate them...sigh. The fat ones are fun to hug though!

If you want to add in strength training I highly suggest body weight exercises. I have become way stronger and more defined doing that. I'm a DD and I like the Moving Comfort brand. I also have a good Champion one (not one of their cheap ones though). I found the Tata Tamer from Lululemon to not be supportive enough for me when running. I think it's best to go to a running store to find really supportive sports bras.

Twice now I've plateaued for about 3-4 months, and then suddenly lost a bunch and then go back to steady losing. I'm down to the last ten pounds, and I've been plateaued again for the past few months so I'm hoping to slough a bunch off soon!
