Luna and Larry's Coconut Bliss Ice creams are the best I have tried (and I have tried many). if you can get hem where you live, you should definitely try them. let them soften for a few minutes and they taste exactly like dairy ice cream.

This is about a 30 pound difference. 190-160, and I'm just over 5'7". Trying to lose another 15-20 as my midsection is still needing some work!

Yeah, I froze it for the fancy meal I made (the one with a billion ingredients) and I liked it. I have a block in the freezer right now and just trying to figure out what to do with it. Thanks for the tips! The shake and bake sounds good, and maybe I will just try BBQ sauce and see how that tastes!

Yeah I've used the silken tofu in smoothies it's good. What I'm looking for specifically is what people use to flavor it. Like, soy sauce? I'd like to marinate it so it's yummy and then bake or fry it and mix it in with veggies and rice. I just want some ideas on what to use to flavor it. Thanks!

Now it's water and tea with the occasional juice or pop as a treat. Growing up as a kid I was given watered down apple juice because I'm allergic to milk. As I got older iced tea, pop and lemonade were my staples.

I really wanted to eat a 230 calorie Vector bar last night right before bed and I resisted. I've also just gotten back to logging and been doing it consistently for a week and a half now. I've managed to stay under my calorie goal most of the days too!

I love how much I've learned (like what an actual portion size is and how many calories are in certain foods) as well as the support I get from my MFP friends. I keep my diary open and have lots of friends because it makes me want to do well to get all their kudos!

I try to save at least 200 calories for after dinner. Then if I feel the need to have snack I can, and if not then I just have extra deficit!

I'm the same. Luckily I have drugs that knock me out. there is no hope for any exercise and I don't feel up to eating at all either.
