Thank you both for the friend requests!!

For me it's really important to not over-schedule myself. I need down time or I get totally stressed out. And my biggest stress reliever is hiking - the combination of physical activity, being in nature and away from everything is a perfect combination.

Take a wrap and smear it with refried beans. Add sautéed onion and peppers and some hot sauce if you like it. I've heard they freeze well, but I haven't tried that yet.

I'm in Vancouver! Feel free to add me.

I'm about an E/DD depending on where I get my bras - and that's AFTER losing 30 pounds. I have found that Moving Comfort is a great sports bra (I can even run comfortably in them!) The best place to go for supportive sports bras in my opinion is a running store.

I just bought one and realized I was totally underestimating on a lot of things, particularly meat, so I think it will help me be more accurate with calorie counting. I also just ordered a heart rate monitor so I can have more accurate calorie burns as well. Hopefully that will help me get the last 15 pounds off! Now I…

Try doyogawithme.com (it's free and has tons of videos). I also like DDP Yoga and Element has some great videos you can get really cheap off Amazon.

What has really been motivating me is thinking of my workouts as training for my hikes. There are some tough but beuatiful hikes I haven't felt fit enough to do yet so when I'm at the gym I think about that and push myself so much harder. So basically, my goals are specific hikes in my area - being able to complete them…

I don't know what you are doing currently but I have seen good results with regular and side planks, and this one where I lay on my back and put both legs in the air straight up and then lower one leg almost all the way to the floor and then back up again. I do ten on one side, then ten on the other and keep doing that…

If you can't make it to a gym look up You Are Your Own Gym. He has an app you can download with a bunch of bodyweight workouts you can do at home :) Good luck!

Thank you for sharing! Congrats on the hard work to lose the weight and the bravery to be who you truly are!
-
That is awesome!! Good for you! Keep up the amazing work :)

Wow, very inspiring! You look fantastic and super fit!

I am 5'7.5". my highest weight was 190. I got down to 146 from running, hiking, yoga and eating better. I got injured and had to stop running (bad back) and then I slacked off on the healthy eating and put some weight back on. I'm currently about 160 and looking to get to 140. I am still pretty active with hiking, yoga so…

Hello! I am 5'7.5", currently about 160lbs (my highest weight was 190). I'm looking to ultimately get down to 140 although if I'm happy at 145 I might stick with that. please feel free to add me! I've been on here a long time but I took a break for a few months...and put weight back on so here I am again!

Bumping to try some of these. I usually just put butter and some herb and garlic spice mix on it if my main dish isn't "saucy".

I collect magnets. Whenever i go on a trip somewhere I get a magnet as my souvenir. Mostly because they don't take up much space, are cheap, and can be displayed all the time on my fridge. I also have a few magnets that aren't from travelling I just love them (artistic, motivational, funny).

Best: My mom raised me to be an independant and capable person. She wasn't one of those parents that did everything for us and she pushed me out of my comfort zone when I needed it. Worst: My stepmother.

bumping to come back later.

I did this on the weekend but I used coconut oil instead :)

This is a great site for vegan recipes: http://ohsheglows.com/ Also make sure you are getting complete proteins, not just protein in general. It will help you feel more satisfied and it's healthier.

You look great! Well done!

Clif bars - they are vegan (at least the chocolate chip ones are). I keep one in my purse in case I get caught somewhere I can't get food I can eat. I also often have an apple or something on hand as well.

I think maybe your calories are too high. Mine is set at 1550 and I'm 5'8" and weight about 25 pounds more than you.
-
Same thing happens to me. I try to go for fruit instead of sweets and that sort of thing but I definitely let myself eat more than usual.

I gained 50 pounds in a couple of years on citalopram. I got about 30 of it off over about a year...still have about 18 pounds to go but honestly I wasn't trying that hard, I did it slowly by making small changes here and there.

I want to be healthy inside so I can have a good quality of life until a ripe old age. I also want to be physically fit so I can continue hiking and going for long walks and that sort of thing after I retire. I see my mom struggle physically and she isn't able to do all the things in her retirement that I would want to do,…

I recently got it and love it! Honestly I've sort of fallen off the wagon but need to get back on. I kind of like the bro-ness, it makes me laugh and I like not taking things so seriuosly. I especially love smacking my mat at the end - it makes me feel like "Damn girl, you did it!"
