I don't log daily anymore, but if I did then I would definitely feel comfortable logging today. It really wasn't different from any other day for me. Got my usual work out in this morning, and then it was just like another Sunday dinner - turkey, a few bites of potatoes, and steamed veggies. My fav :)

That's about 5.3 km/hour (4km/45min * 60min/hr = 5.3 km/hr) If you just keep track of how far you go and the time it takes you can figure out your speed. Or you can use your heart rate monitor to enter the calroies you burn manually.

sometimes knees just get sore - it happens. If they start hurting during your runs then you need to be careful. Be sure to ice after your runs for about 20 minutes to help with the swelling that might be causing the pain.

biking has been great for shaping and toning my thighs (and calves). And like it was mentioned squats and lunges are great too.

for those of you who have had hair loss due to a nutrient deficiency, has it grown back once you corrected the problem?

Hey all. I just found this thread and was wondering how everyone was doing. If I can do anything to help or you ever need someone to just listen please let me know. I may not have all the answers but I really do love listening.

You should definitely be eating at least 25g a day. Make sure you up your intake slowly or you might have some other digestive issues lol. And make sure you drink lots of water

Chocolate milk is actually a great post-workout recovery drink. It's got the correct ratio of carbs to protein (4:1) and is tasty and filling, especially if you're not in the mood to actually eat something.

craving sweets is the worst! When I really need something sweet I grab a few sugar free Werthers Originals. They're sweet, there's only 40 cals for 5 pieces, and they're hard candies so you can suck on them for a little while. Good luck!

I like to microwave broccoli, squash, and cauliflower, steam green beans and yams, boil or saute carrots, and grill zucchini, bell peppers, and yellow squash. No matter how I cook my veggies I either eat them plain or add a little 0 calorie spray butter and a little salt. So delish!

Hey all, First of all I just want to say I'm really sorry for what you all are going through. Eating disorders are extremely tough to live and deal with. I know it's hard feeling like you have no control. Second, I'm taking a class on eating disorders and we were recently discussing binge eating and my professor gave us a…

You can do anything. But not everything.

today was super cold and rainy so I had a nice hot bowl of minestrone soup to warm up :) so delish. I've been craving it forever.

LOVE this show! I always watch it while I'm working out. Sometimes I wish they showed more about their workouts though. And I wish they had explained more about the nutrition facts for the challenge this past week. They just kinda skipped right by it. Maybe I'm weird but I don't like watching all the drama. I want to see…

so I know there's already tons of great ideas on here, but I just came across this article with more breakfast ideas and thought people might be interested. It might repeat some of the things that have aready been said, but feel free to take a look if you want! http://nutrition.about.com/u/ua/changeyourdiet/breakfastUA.htm

I love plain rice chex. It might not be the most filling option out there, but I think it's delicious.

No matter when you work out you're going to burn fat. Many people think working out in the morning on an empty stomach is a good idea, but in reality you'll have less energy and won't be able to work as hard, and therefore may end up burning less calories overall. If you do exercise in the morning it's a good idea eat a…
