Im 5'2 and my goal is 140lbs! Any less and I would look like a bobble head! Been down to 120 before and looked ill !

Personally I dont like to write on everyones status because a well done or way to go isnt always sincere, horrible but true, But if someone on my friends list is down or needs motivation ill help, just not on every tiny status, theres not enough hours in the day

Im 5'2 and have lost 20lbs and I dont see much diffrence but everyone else comments on it! I did put on a pair of jeans today that I used to wear all the time and there loose, so there obviously is a diffrence! :)

I finish work most nights at 10pm and eat when I get home and Im losing fine, i remember being told once not to eat after six but ive since found out it really doesnt matter

Im eating 1200 a day and have lost 10lbs in 3 weeks so it does work, My only exercise is 20min on the treadmill 4 - 5 times a week, be patient it will work :)

I love the taste of coffee so im just lucky that Ive always drank it Black with no sugar, sweetners, milk, nothing! Just coffee and water, I cant function without it, so cutting it out just isnt an option for me :)

Im 5'2 and starting weight was 237lbs down to 227lbs and thats on 1200cals, MFP set mines for me!
