I know I'm obviously burning calories above TDEE - I'm not eating back these calories - just the calorie intake goal MFP gave me - just frustrating when it's not saving the daily calories burnt - if that makes sense?

I certainly don't focus on the ratio, I have always seen exercise as an important part of life regardless of weight loss. I missed it today but went back over my notes and think it may be hormonal as I was the same a month ago. Plus of course lack of sleep and stress. I guess the OP was a little pep talk internally to say…

Currently my MFP goal is at 1550 calories. From looking at my reports, over the past few weeks I have netted on average between 1000 and 1200. I had one day over at 1681 net calories which was a bad bad day and then my lowest net was 644 after a double workout. Am I not eating enough?

Sorry, I meant in the past, before I had my last baby. That was what her program was.

I guess stress and lack of sleep have been a big factor of the last week - 3 kids - youngest 11 months, two youngest not sleeping through, eldest (6yrs) up at 5:30 each morning. I work from home with the two youngest - had a 'lump' tested that could be cancerous and am getting dental work next week. I log all exercise, but…

I am under calories most days, try to aim for between 1340 and 1440. MFP goal is between 1490 and 1550.

I am on a 500 calorie deficit - most days I am under my set total by 100-200 calories and I don't eat back my exercise calories. Yesterday was my first day that I went over for both. I have added an extra 30 minute walk to my exercise today, along with JMBR and will maintain that extra deficit for the rest of the week -

I log daily and looking for motivated friends too:) please feel free to add me.

Thanks :) I have been entering it as Les Mills body pump for the workouts, which sits at about 288 cals and aerobics high impact for the cardio workouts, which is about 300-330 cals. Might ask Santa for a HRM. I did have one but it keeps dropping out

Be kind to yourself! Your little bubba is only a month old - it took 9 months for your body to gain that weight, it may take a little time for it to get back to it's old self :) I have had 3 bubbas - my last is 11 months next week and this has been the hardest one to lose the baby weight. Suggestions - drink lots of water,…

I did 30DS before starting BR. I personally prefer BR for the rotation of exercises rather than doing the same circuit 10days in a row. I am getting better results from BR. I know I will probably redo BR once I finish to up the anti of the exercises I wasn't able to do properly the first time. I am not sure what plan the…
