Thank you... I'm so bad at cooking. I work from home so I am constantly near my kitchen and a bit of a fridge picker to say the least. I am going to start logging everything from tomorrow. I need to eat a lot cleaner. I am a vegetarian and a lot of my protein comes from Quorn which isn't the best but I find when I am being…

Whilst sugar alone may not be an addiction, it is possible to be addicted to chemicals in processed foods. That is documented and researched. Google 'MSG obesity induced mice'. Eating carb-rich foods can get you Locked in a cycle very cumulate to addiction. You eat lots of processed food chemically designed to taste good…

Hi, Yes, I'm supporting my husband by eating like him, although he has the health issues, we are seeing the nutritionist as a family which is recommended. The difference between my husband and I is that he is not trying to lose weight but I am. I am finding it hard to change eating habits of a lifetime for us as a family.…

Good idea, what should a cheat day contain?

No, I'm not ignoring people. I'm just not going to listen to the whole 1200 calories or else! approach which so many people get so bullish about, as I'm under direction from a doctor/nutritionist right now. I am very grateful to the advise regarding protein, and sodium which I am going to look into and ask my nutritionist…

I expect they eat a lot of carbs though.... My body s adjusting to this. I think this may be the reason. According to my doctor, my body will start getting energy that I would normal,y get from carbs from protein instead. Perhaps when I have got used to it I will start losing

I'm not tracking my resistance training but I do it, each time I go to the gym. Perhaps I'm not doing enough though? Is there anyone who has to eat low carb that can advise what I can eat that could boost the calorie intake. I eat high protein which is very filling but low in calories so find I can't eat much of it at a…

Why is my diet not good? I'm supporting my husband who has to eat under 50g of carbs per day as he is a celiac and type 1 diabetic, we see a nutritionist eho guides what we eat as a family: we are all vegetarians. Eating this amount of carbs is non negotiable, it's for life. It's quite hard to hit arbitrary calorie goals…

My starting stats: Ok, so Im just doing a couple of those measurements as I find it hard to stick to it and already have a biggest belly loser challenge going on with my husband. Stomach (largest part) - 42 inches weight - 12.5 stone to reduce these two measurements are my ultimate goals, so here goes! As my bodyfat and…

I want to lose at least a stone (14 pounds). I want to eat healthily with a very low carb approach as my hubby has type 1 diabetes and can't eat more than 25g pr day. I want to exercise for 20 minutes everyday either at the gym or doing 30 day shred. I want to go down a size - so sick of wearing black fat clothes! Xx
