Thanks, Stacy. Do you manually change your settings or just track your food on your own? I like very much how MFP is showing me what's coming in and definitely is eye-opening. But again, 1/2 cup of almonds ate up (literally!) 75% of my fat allotment for the day or something...

I am new to MFP and looking for support as well. I recently started running and am finding it's very much a mental motivation for me: I hit a running goal once to prove it to myself and then I can't seem to hit it again. Frustrating. Good luck to you and would am looking to add positive support people as well!

Hello! Just "joining" tonight after having the app on my phone forever. I'm a 38-year-old mama of 2 and could use the motivation as well.
