Get to 150 and evaluate how you look and feel and go from there. And then take yourself out to a concert or something, you will have earned it!

that isn't a question anyone here can really answer. You are currently at a healthy BMI. If you think you still look fat or feel fat, maybe consider lifting or doing progressively harder body weight exercises? Your body fat percent will go down and you will look smaller but you may weigh the same or even a little more. The…

Eggs and milk. Soy milk has more protein but I just don't like it. Chicken and shrimp are good too and can be added to any meal. Personally i can't stand protein powder. To me it tastes weird and I rather eat a chicken breast.

bowl of cheerios with milk, a hard boiled egg and a banana. Peanut butter oatmeal. Bacon and egg oatmeal. Just worth a mention if anyone wants to do the bean idea, make sure you pick through the beans because sometimes rocks get mixed in. Otherwise the bean recipe sounds fab!

I rather drink it black/undoctored than have 0 cal sweetener. I find the cinnamon teas and other interesting teas to be quite tasty without any additives.

i wish =(

Everyone who drinks it dies. Seriously though I can't stand the taste of diet drinks. I agree with @9thwardchick. The cravings will pass. I only crave root beer once every month or so now and I can easily just say no to it. (Dominion makes the best root beer)

Then I get to be Poison Ivy.

I like a serving of pasta and half a bag of frozen broccoli. I panfry a chicken breast and eat half one day half the next. Mix it all together with a tablespoon of olive oil and shred some cheese on top and add some hot pepper flakes. I'm not sure how this would work out price wise for you but I can get a box of pasta for…

When I had my appendix out I couldn't keep food down. I ate scalloped potatoes and custard for a week. Since you like cold, the custard might work. You could do cold soups like gazpacho, or regular homogeneous soups that aren't piping hot. I love mashed potatoes. Really soft sweet potatoes. Creamed corn. I hope this helps…

serious waist training is bad for you because it squishes your insides around where they shouldn't be. That said, I LOVE corsets. I own about 12. When I wear them as outerwear I tighten the corset just enough to feel like a nice body hug. I think they give a much smoother line than Spanx. I wore a corset under a satin…

I buy exactly how much food I need for the week, plan every meal and snack. I am broke so it has to be this way. Once I have eaten my day's allotment of food, that's it because otherwise i would have less to eat the next day. So I try to save something for latter but lately I have been eating everything by 6:00. I drink a…

If you sound like the male toucan from the movie Rio and are not very loud, eh don't care so much. If you sound like the female toucan however I'd say put a cork in it. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WK6SkBbFepA I sing a little bit, quietly to myself between sets or after I have done an intense bit of racquetball (granted…

My mom made for dinner the other day avacado split in half with an egg in each hollow where the pit sat. Sprinkle with some cheese and bacon and baked at 350 for 20 mins i think. Sounds good for breakfast too.

yes with slimfast. I was generally hungry and my pee smelled like slimfast. Take that for what it is worth.

I got this scale I really like it.

Maybe this should have been in Chit Chat Fun and Games, since you are stating you must choose. From a serious perspective, hell yeah I want both! However I also understand that fat loss has a mind of its own and will come off wherever it wants. To play along with the game, flat stomach. I hate the muffin top more than my…

Hamburger made with 80/20 meat, fried egg, avocado and full fat cheese (I like brie on this). And you could get a really decadent bun from a bakery =)

I've heard that putting coconut oil on 1/day after a shower can help with stretchmarks. I don't have stretch marks really so I can't give a testimonial. However I have used it as a moisturizer and it is amazing. It is relatively inexpensive ($5 a jar near me) so what can it hurt to try?

I hear ya! raw meat in a plastic bag; then reused for dirty kitty litter.

I use reusable bags and they go over my shoulder. So all of them =P I also love the picture of the old couple. SUPER SWEET!!!!

Um, how about veggie pad thai? Funnily enough, I am planning on making vegan cookies for graduation this weekend because my friend is a vegan. Peanut butter and sinckerdoodles. All crisco and an egg replacement made from garbanzo beans. I hope they turn out!

Veg. I'm graduating on Saturday and my last final is tonight (stupid right?). I eat so many veggies! I can get a large bag of frozen veg for $1 and that will supplement 3 meals. I just throw them in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap and nuke them for about 3 mins. Protein also fills me up. I baked 2 chicken breasts the…

@ladybg81 I think it is some sort of hot slaw with meat in it. here is a redjfoodie.com/Crack-Slawcipe I found. @willRUN4Beer I'm sure it depends on your recipe. How many cups did the whole thing make? Use your recipe builder to figure out how many calories the whole thing is. Divide whole recipe by number of cups it made.…

I was making my own lunches in elementary school, the morning of. Peanut butter roll up (PB on a tortilla) with sunflower seeds, an apple, usually gushers and a frozen juice box. Now a days, similar food, no fruit snacks or juice boxes though. A lot of things like carrots, grapes, or crackers can be divided into baggies…
