Student trying to lose weight for summer ☺️

I'm finding it really hard especially during exam time to try and exercise and eat healthy. I also struggle a lot with carbs. Does anyone have any tips to fill myself up with food that isn't carby??

    Veg. I'm graduating on Saturday and my last final is tonight (stupid right?). I eat so many veggies! I can get a large bag of frozen veg for $1 and that will supplement 3 meals. I just throw them in a bowl and cover with plastic wrap and nuke them for about 3 mins.

    Protein also fills me up. I baked 2 chicken breasts the other night (600g raw came to 540g cooked) I can only eat about 90g cooked at a time, so that works out to 6 meals.

    But if you are in a dorm situation, then PB on a tortilla and a banana. I get Giant brand high fiber tortillias and they are only 70 calories a pop.
