If u haven't been working out start out light by taking a stroll with the kids. Make a goal to increase your walking speed/ distance everyday. Before u know it you'll be 120lbs feeling good and looking awesome!

I have so far I lost my first 10 lbs from walking on the treadmill using Ifit Live then I joined a gym so that I could add elliptical cardio and strength training to my workout.

I have asthma also but I exercise at least 6x per week using the elliptical or walking on the treadmill so far I have not had an attack yet. I think you should increase the cardio and lay off the fast foods ( I know it's hard but It can be done). Also consider watching how much carbs and sugar you intake into your system.
