  • This well, not 4 kg but 19 kg but I am getting the " you are stopping now right?" - no I am not I have 3.5 kg to goal. But the real one for me was the smaller size, having been up and down weight wise for a long time I have always believed that there is no way I could get into 10/12 (UK Size) trouser, my hips were too…
  • After being up and down the same 5kg (11 pounds) for several years (more than 5 kg loss was actually needed) I went on holiday and for the first time I felt very uncomfortable by the pool, my safety dresses (the ones that always fit when I was at the top of that 10 pounds) didn't fit - it was a massive wake up call that…
  • Thanks - I also needed to do this completely obvious now I think about it  )
  • I had another work trip from UK to NJ, USA last week. Watched what I ate and exercised - stayed the same.

When people say muscle weighs more than fat that's really what they mean. The correct statement would be if you took identical volumes of…

  • Tae Bo is by far my favourite
  • I gained 7 pounds in 2 months when I had not changed diet or exercise (I was maintaining at the time) I also had terrible mood swings that have taken 7 months to stop after it was removed, I had it taken out after 3 months. However I do know that many people find it okay and it is a personal experience.
  • Also had a look on the menu. In small plates they have a pea and ham soup which might be okay. Also look at chicken or prawn linguine - the prawn maybe around 400 - 600 dependent on the dressing
  • This is me also - I lost 35 kg put 8 of it back on slowly (I could put excuses down but they would just be code for me being lazy) now the painful process of getting rid of it all and a bit more.
  • Hi, Are you taking Metformin - one of the key issues with PCOS (I have it) is the sugar in the blood which you end up burning first as things are not quite working correctly. If your not speak to your doctor if you are check your dose and how regularly you are taking it. I've previously lost over 30kg with PCOS and was…
