You never want to workout the same muscle group 2 days in a row. Do do shoulders and back one day and then legs and butt etc....

Thanks for posting the size of them. Mine are 23 inches to and I always thought they were way bigger then yours. Still adjusting my view of myself.

I can do 12-15 men style push ups. I would be able to do more but my core gives out before my arms do. I need to build up my core.

Sugar is addicting. Start cutting it out and reach for the good stuff. If you like baking you can do healthy recipes that you might like in order to replace the candy. At least then you would get calories and good fats.

Why aren't you eating any fruits of veggies? You can't just eat meat all the time and cheese. Just concentrate on eating healthy foods and don't worry about low carb.

My 5 year old daughter is getting an extra pair of winter boots, and a radio/cd player. Also getting little things for her hair and nail polish but other than that I don't buy her toys she never plays with them.

I wouldn't take the metformin if you were able to lose weight without it. I lost weight doing low carb and until recently I was stuck and couldn't lose anymore weight.
