Congratulations! You've done an amazing job.

I'm planning on mixing it up and doing a different workout each day after I finish the initial 30.

You are so encouraging!!!

Today is Feb 7....I just did Day 5. Sometimes your body just needs a break, and there is no shame in that. Don't feel guilty. Just don't give up!

For now at least, I'm going with two days of 30DS followed by one day of cardio. Having really not worked out in a few months, my quads are begging for a rest. I look at it this way, anything I do is better than sitting on the couch, and I don't want to risk injury by pushing myself too hard too soon. I didn't gain all…

Great job!! I completed Day 2 first thing this morning. My legs were burning, but I powered through it.

Completed Day 1...not gonna lie, Jillian kicked my @$$!! I was actually feeling pretty good about myself during the workout, but my legs turned to Jello about five minutes after I finished. Lesson #1, don't do this workout without allowing recovery time afterward LOL. Like they say, no pain, no gain. Ready for Day 2.

Great job! My BMI was 41.3 when I started MFP, and now its 35.4. Still not good, but headed in the right direction.

Congratulations, and welcome to One-derland!!

This year I'm actually looking forward to finding the perfect dress for Christmas. I'm not a dress person, mostly because I've always felt so uncomfortable in them, but that is starting to change. I keep reminding myself that slow and steady is best. Better for my skin to shrink, better for the weight to stay off, better…

I'm steadily giving away all of my clothes as I shrink out of them. If I don't have them around, its motivation to keep moving in a positive direction. One of my initial goals was to get out of the "plus sizes $2 more" trap, and I've got to admit, it feels great just being able to walk into a store and shop in the misses…

You'll be there next week for sure. It was such a great feeling when I made it, and now its just as rewarding to see that even though I haven't lost in two weeks, I'm still there. Keep up the great work!

Thank you! The support I've found on MFP is a big part of why I think this works better than other weight loss methods I've tried.
-
Kudos! Keep up the good work!!

Keep up the good work!

Good for you!! I just hit up Old Navy myself this past weekend and bought jeans in a size I haven't worn since high school. Such a great feeling. Keep up the good work!

Great job!! Keep up the good work.

Welcome!! and good for you! It has to be something you're doing for yourself if you want it to work.

I have only dropped 26 lbs but... I am buying 16/18 instead of 20/22 I smile when I step on the scale rather than cringe =) I actually wore spandex work-out pants in public! I'm able to run the hill with my son at football practice♥ My 8 year old daughter tells me every day that she's proud of me♥ I had to give away a pile…

School. Yep, I blame it all on school. I was thin until I hit first grade and the teacher made me sit still all day. School messed up my perfectly active lifestyle. And as if sitting still all day wasn't enough, then someone decided homework was a good idea. Then I had to come home from sitting in school all day and sit…

I drink Jack Daniels. Jack & Coke, or Lynchberg Lemonade. It's depressing how many calories I actually consume in one drink, but its so worth it!! Moderation is key, and I refuse to give up the things I like.

Two NSVs in one week.... 1.bought a new pair of blue jean shorts in the "Normal" section of the store (haven't done that in 8 years) 2. A coworker who knows all about my journey with MFP offered me a cupcake, and when I turned down the chocolate deliciousness, she called me a not so nice name (yep, the B word). I've gotta…

I'm 5'3 and started MFP @ 233 lbs. That was two months ago, and I'm down to 210. My goal weight is 150. Still a long way to go, but MFP is definitely the tool I need to get there. Good luck to everyone else on their journey.
