Started on October 5th at 320, weighed in this morning at 299.8. I never thought I'd be happy about my weight starting with a 2, but I am! I've been over 300 for almost 2 years.

Now the long journey to breaking into the 100's. Haven't been there since I was 12! (15 years ago)

That is SOOOOO awesome!! Congratulations on your success. What a nice motivator for all who have much to lose (we all need to be happy with the seemingly small victories - because they're really all BIG victories!). :O)

Congratulations! Keep it up, you can do it!

I agree, you should reward yourself... if I were you, I'd treat myself to a new workout top that will be good to wear as the weather turns cooler.

I started out at that exact same weight (320)! And the day I got under 300 was so exciting! I know exactly how it feels. You should be super proud of yourself. I'm gonna send you a friend requested since we seem to have a lot in common!
    Keep it up!

I remember blinking at the scale when I first hit 199.8 (I was not under 200 since 13 years old and am now 26)...when you get there, it probably won't feel real!! Once it sets in, you will feel like a new person. Good luck with all of your weight loss!
  • Awesome job! :flowerforyou: I definitely agree that you need to reward yourself. My rewards up until now have been "shopping my closet" and finding great things to wear that I haven't been able to wear, but my next goal is 6 lbs away and it will be a massage! Celebrate each small victory! You ARE well on your way to great success!

Thats brilliant for you! Keep setting small goals and you'll be there in no time
  • Way to go!!Congrats on your milestone!!
  • Wow you were the same exact weight that I was when I started! I was 320 in December and yeah getting out of the 300's was HUGE! I broke it up into 10 pound mini goals and before I knew it I was under 200 lbs! My original goal weight was 220 lbs but once I got there I decided that since I came this far I might as well go all the way and hit my ideal weight of 170. I am 184 and am on track to hit my goal before the New Year. 150 lbs lost in 1 year. Not too bad! Trust me if I can do it anyone can do it because I am a fast food addict with zero self control. This time next year you are going to feel and look like a new person. You can do it!
