Hi Sara. That's awesome!!! Keep it up! You got this. Feel free to add me if you want any support. I have an open diary too hopefully to give some other meal ideas. I dropped about 100 on here about 5 years ago and after an injury gained it all back and then some! I'm back on here finally to drop it off and keep it off and…

I dropped about 100lbs about 5 years ago but due to an injury gained it all back and then some. I'm finally back at it and determined to get it all off and keep it off.…

I lost about 100 on here about 5 years ago and felt fantastic. But after an injury it all went downhill. Gained it back plus some. I'm finally back at it and looking to lose 150. Would love to have some new friends to help motivate me and vice versa.

More than happy to help support. I just turned 47 and this is my second go around. First time I lost 100 but gained it back and than some thanks to an injury. This time I'm finally back in it to drop 150. Would love to have more friends and support to help through it and vice versa. You can definitely do this. We all can.

Just rejoined, would love some help and support and willing to give the same. Thanks everyone.

I have to tell everyone I appreciate all the suggestions and I am now drinking my 2nd cup of tea and love it! I have a white mangosteen peach green tea and it's delicious!!! Thank you again for everyone's help!

I'm loving all the suggestions and articles and sites being shared here from everyone. One more reason why I love MFP. All the options and comparisons really make me think actually in exploring both options, not leaving coffee, but adding tea as another alternative to break up the monotony.

I guess I probably could have worded my question better. I just see that there are so many more healthy options with tea vs coffee. I won't be giving up my morning coffee by any means, but as the afternoon drags on at work, a nice cup or two of tea would be nice, if there is some type that is tasty, and not requiring me to…

I just feel like with all the health benefits of tea vs coffee and of course I have to add creamer and sugar to coffee, tea is a better alternative. Also I'm sure there are plenty of flavors, etc that could 'convert' a coffee drinker to a tea drinker. I just don't know where to start.

Feel free to add me. Fitbit user in Cinci also... And not a creep. Looking for others to help motivate me and vice versa.

I like to add a little srirachi or horse radish to the mix. I also usually cut up some bread and butter pickles and add them to give it a little crunch.

Been on here for almost a year now and lost a bunch. Hit a slump recently but getting back on the horse. I usually hit the bike trails to walk/run in Loveland/Maineville area. Always looking for new friends and people to motivate and be motivated by. Feel free to add me! Congrats on the major milestones and for getting…

I usually add salsa to it while it's cooking or even Srachia.

Great job and keep it up! We all hit those little bumps in the road but it's important to stay focused and keep on keepin on. You have the right attitude which is huge. You won't be sorry!

I use the kernel spritzers popcorn spray first then sprinkle the flavoring on it to help it stick. Also, I've tried shaved dark chocolate on right after it pops it's delicious

After reading this post I finally gave in and bought a bottle. HOLY CRACK OF THE GODS!!! Why didn't I try it sooner? I can't wait to try it on something else. Great stuff!

I've also made them. Very easy and I've also put nuttella on them and makes them almost like a desert crepe. Very delicious!
