New to forum but need encouragement to keep going

Hi. Lost 7 to 10 lbs (up and down) by logging in the food diary and swimming every day. Then got overconfident and though5 I had it under control and stopped logging and sure enough, the weight started going back on. So, here I am again to give it another try. It gets tiresome logging everything but there’s a benefit to it so ......

I lost about 100 on here about 5 years ago and felt fantastic. But after an injury it all went downhill. Gained it back plus some. I'm finally back at it and looking to lose 150. Would love to have some new friends to help motivate me and vice versa.0
