I llok at old fatter pics and think how well ive done just from running. the gym didnt work for me but running does, i may noy like the thought but I certainly have a smile on my face at the end. x

Im a c25k graduate and can now run for over an hour without feeling exhausted. I even signed up for a 10km run in 2 weeks. You can so do it!

I have a shock absorber, maximum strength. im a g cup and they dont move at all as I work out. the best ive ever had!

I use this, had to go back to week 2 though coz i stopped due to injury. Ive even signed up for a 10k run in the summer!

I dont have a set tiem, i seem to graze on my fruit untill about half 11 whilst at my desk at work. Normally make a fruit salad, today its apple, grapes and strawberries. yum

you can get some 10 min fitness dvds cheap off the internet. I fit them in whilst im cooking dinner. You can do a 10 min workout or you can do all 5 together for a 50 min workout. Called 10 minute solution and they have all different ones, im using carb and colorie burner and dance off fat fast.

nothing just everything in moderation. I allow myself treats as I go along if it fits in my colorie range.

1 small apple, 100 grams strawberries, 130 grams grapes and 100 grams of blackberries. 205 cals. and one cup of tea 17 cals.

I weigh once a week at the same day and time, also using the same scales whould be a good thing. Didnt measure but go on how well my clothes fit.

Once a week, try and keep it to the same day and time every week as your weight tends to fluctuate throughout the day due to eating and toileting. once you get into the habit it becomes easier to remember. And always use the same scales!
