HI All
I was using my fitness pal for around 6 months early last year and was doing really good upto my wedding. I,v slipped a little and am now back.
I,m looking for new friends who will help and support me and in return you will get my total support.

I'm getting married in few weeks so looking to loose a couple more and maintain when I'm there. I know the big challange for me will be like you, when the weddings over. I can't wait to enjoy the honeymoon and over indulge!! However I know I'd like to get back on track as soon after as I can.

You can add me if you want. But keep in mind, if I see your food diary and it sucks I will tell you it sucks. You won't get a blind, "Good Job" from me if you went to McDonald's and got a super-sized big mac. I use all forms of motivation I can think of: Negative, Positve, and sometimes down right tough love (and everything in between).0

I just got back as well after foot surgery I could not do much exercise. I would love to have people friend me that are positive and will help motivate me along the way. ( Of course I will be there for you as well)0

Hello Ladies, My name is Murielle and I have been battling my weight difficulties since I was 10 years old. I have not changed drastically, pretty much accepting myself at this weight. I am trying to loose between 20-25 lbs. That has not happened since I was in my 20's and I am 52 this year. My weight has not fluctuated much. Before I met my husband, I was playing tennis, going to the gym and Salsa dancing. Now we occasionally play tennis, take walks but he is not into dancing. So I need to find friends and support to help me inch towards my goal. Recently I have not been motivated to go to the gym. What to do???? I need to get back to my classes but I just dread the thought. Any suggestions? I am also trying this new Green Coffee Bean extract, any experience with this? Let me know. I am taking a vegetable protein shake for breakfast and part of lunch, healthy dinner. No white flour, rice, bread, potatoes, but healthy veg and a protein. I don't eat beef or pork. I have always had a pretty healthy diet but I love my salad dressing (olive oil and vinegar). I can't compromise on that but maybe you all have some suggestions. Toodles good day.0
