Thank you for tge welcome! I just went back and read all my old posts from 2012. I didn't stick with MFP, and not always with eating right, but I'm suprised at the goals I did make. Makes me happy :smiley:

My husband has lost 40 lbs so far with a LC lifestyle. He did not cut out beer or his diet dr.pepper. He did limit himself to 2 dr.peppers a day starting out, and has now cut back to 1. With the beer he doesn't drink everyday, or even every weekend, but having a few now and then has not stopped his weightloss.

I don't think it's weird, but I like to make low carb PB&J occasionally. Low carb tortilla, sugar free jelly, and all natural peanut butter.....yum yum! I also add garlic salt and pepper to those salmon packets and eat it right out of the package...lol! My husband likes tuna with mustard.

A great tip is to get some frozen mixed vegtables and add the lean cuisine to them and stir it up. The lean cuisine always has alot of sauce and little food. The sauce and meal mixes with the vegtables and makes everything taste good. Plus it will actually fill you up.

Thats very sad. We should all think twice before putting someone down. We all judge even if its unintentional but its never unintentional to attack someone. I am also a little worried about the impact on my knees, its hard for me to do lunges. I actually do them with one leg on a chair. Seems to be easier on my knees.

I lose weight slower than others also. I recently upped my calories and it seems to be helping, Ive already lost two pounds this week. Maybe you could try that. I don't really have any advice except maybe you could hire a nutrionalist or a trainer that can push you harder than you push yourself. I'm sorry you feel that…
