unfortunately for me, I am a fast food junkie. But now I think twice about it and often just drive right by the place and take my behind home without stopping.

I crave workouts too! And I have noticed that my posture has improved, lol i also find myself doing the moves in ab jam for no reason at all. like i will be looking for a snack and be like "crunch and shake it out... crunch and shake it"

perhaps the reason why they all seem to fit is because unless they are the same label, all clothes run big or small, it is hard to find clothes that are true to size. If you shop in juniors sections, chances are they will run smaller in the hips and thighs. If you shop in the womens shops, they will be cut a lot different.…

I am currently doing P90x and so far I do not like it at all. I am about to order insanity, because it seems to be more of what I need. I dunno maybe I am just a quitter who needs to stick with it. But I dont want to bulk up, I want to be leaner. And honestly I enjoy the cardio portion of p90x but not the weights and stuff.
