im having the same trouble...im 5'3 135lb and i want to lose 15 more...but its been 2 months since i lost anything...i think i need to try something new cause the first 35lb came off way easier...sorry i cant help, but i want to make sure to look back at this post later! :):flowerforyou:

i brush my teeth and floss! then nothing will taste good for hours and you will be in bed!

try not to go under 1200, that could be why you are not losing. your body needs at least that amount to stay active and healthy. i always stayed right under or a little over on a 1200 calorie a day limit and i lost between 1 & 2lbs a week. Try uping your intake and see where it takes you. keep in mind, less is not always…

it took me 3 months to train for my first half marathon. I started January 3rd, I could only run for 3 mins at a time...I now have completed TWO 1/2 marathons and am signed up for two more by the end of the year! I now run just about every day and i love it!

i found the harder soled shoes worked better for me....i bought the brooks glycerin's and i love them! i think i have about 200 miles left tho! lol

i have a pedometer from walmart, pretty good, works great for walking, but it doesnt track properly when i run....

i have not had a muffin since i started MFP...but i hear that bran muffins are the best....and it would be even better if you make them yourself....good luck!
