a friend of mine has done both. p90x he said is for someone who is already pretty fit, while insanity will get you to that point. Also insanity requires a lot less extra stuff....

i just had a jello mousse cup! OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! wonderful....and they have 0 sugar and only 60 calories!

i find that if i 'allow' myself to have any walking time, i will walk, if i tell myself nope, no walking, stick it out...i find i dont feel like i have to walk and i just keep going....tell yourself NO!

my coworker did she lost 10lbs, but it all came right back....its not healthy....i would only do something like that if it were like a body cleanse, not for weight loss purposes....

i've only lost a lb since i think November, and i have been doing the same, still working out but eating like crap....once you realize that the pounds are slowly coming back, i think you will try harder....my last weigh in said i had gained 5lbs! most of it is becasue it wasnt my normal weigh in day and i ate like a horse…

its not been easy but i have made it 109days!!!! im in the same boat as "gutterball", i dream of them at times! but i will never go back! i took up running to help me stay off them. after a good run you wouldnt dare let that smoke hit your lungs! good luck to you! i found that using this ticker tracker below really keeps…

well i just got back from vacation (little sister turned 21 :noway: ) upon my return a good friend of mine lost her two year battle with cancer.....i didnt double my excersize or my water today....but i will try not to snack after dinner see you all next week....i think i will be up for the challenge then....

i still eat the sweets.... i think you did awesome by cutting out the sugar as long as you did. if you are anything like me tho without the sugar i would completly fall off the wagon....i have to give myself treats in order to stay on track....

yes! i tried it when it first came out. pretty expensive.....it worked tho....if i would have stuck with it it would have worked even better! basically they have you eat every 2hours (small meals). was okay at first but, then i started to not be hungry every two hours and then it doesnt work the same...you really have to…

okay, so far so good! I was only going to run 2 miles today, so I ran 4! I didnt snack after dinner last night so i feel really good about making it today....next goal, drink at least 1400ml of water....(I hate water) :noway: so this is double for me.....
