  • i would follow just the P90X diet, there must be a reason for the minimal calories?
  • when parties happen, i do like you said and save calories through the day, but i also just eat like normal at the partry. if there are more than i think 15 restaurants they have to have nutritional info. So that may help you! Enjoy your time with your friends.

  • i would say it includes what the fruit has absorbed of the syrup....so i would still count it even if you dont drink the syrup...

  • yes, i went the day it happened. thing is its bruised casue it hit right in that sensitive bendy spot, and its a little swollen still.. OH and yes i got the darn tetanus shot, thing hurt worse than the foot for a day! i keep trying to walk normal, but it hurts! i am going to see the doc again before the marathon....

  • oooh shoot i took out the spaces and it went all crazy on me! i mean you have to do this : add [ img] to the begining and at the end [ / img ] take out the spaces!

  • i do the modifed (girly ones). I used to do 5 ( and that was hard) my elbows and wrists hurt! i can now do 25 ( 8 months later) still modified though. I wish I could do real ones!   • when im craving the hostess, i just eat a real one....my philosophy is dont deprive yourself of the cravings, pretty soon you wont even crave them...save your calories though, cause they contain a lot!!!
