That's good that you can keep track of what you eat without having to constantly log or write it down. I WISH I could do that! Maybe I should try it! That way I would actually eat when I was hungry...not just because I have calories left for the day or worked out so I could eat more! I think I'll start tomorrow...see how…

LOVE these pants!!!

Great post! I've been doing what you are doing for a while...just not all at the same time which is probably why my losses have slowed a bit. But keeping at it and should drop these last pounds by Summer or end of Summer. Thanks for taking the time to type all of that out!!! :drinker:

Great job! I find running on a treadmill much easier than outdoors because you can control the incline and speed. I have no idea how I'd do outdoors!!! I need lots of distractions when running or else I get extremely bored.

I'm hoping it'll be only about 10-15 lbs. I just want to be able to fit into size 8 pants/jeans and not jiggle when I run, lol.

I feel your pain! My stall point is about 165. If I can get down to where you are, at 163, then I know I can drop a few more to get to goal. I think it's a mental things, at least for me. I think I start slacking off at a certain point and then all of a sudden I keep going up and down the same few pounds...between 170-166.…

I'll still WI but know that if it's not what I expect, that it's due to water retention from period and/or the extra food I've eaten. It usually drops a few lbs the following week. HOWEVER, if I feel expecially bloated, then I'll skip that WI for the week and look forward to the following week when bloat is gone and I'm…

Pretty much this!

I figured out my TDEE a few times, but decided to just eat between 1600-1900 cal/day...regardless if I workout or not. I figure I will lose if I just stick to those calorie totals. I get in a lot of activity thru sports and the gym, so I know I'll lose if I just maintain the calorie goal. The difficult part is not eating…

Wow! Just....wow. If I were you...I would print out the cartoon...blow it up BIG time...and put it on your wall to keep you going!!!!! And send her a thank you note...saying, "Thanks for the inspiration, sis! Love ya!" But that's just me. smh...

I agree 100% to lift NOW. It'll firm you up while you're losing and you'll lose inches faster! I do the circuit just because I can be lazy in the free weight room. I do heavy weights where I max out at about 10 reps. If I get to 11 or 12 reps then I'll up the weight a few pounds. Plus I lift a little slower so I'm not…

Ditto that about the tennis...not about looking like a guy...

I'm a bit shy of 6'...but as of now weigh 169. I'm looking to lose maybe 10-15 more lbs. I just want to get into size 8 jeans and firm up the jiggly areas and be able to wear a bathing suit with confidence. That is all.

Mint Chocolate Chip ice cream with chocolate sprinkles and whipped cream!!!!!

I've had crushes on guys 12 years older and 10 years younger. I was with a guy that was about 2 years younger for 4 years. Right now I'm getting to know a guy that's about 4-5 yrs younger. It's how compatible you are and how you enjoy eachother's company.

I'm also 5'11'' and weigh about 170 right now. I eat anywhere between 1600-1900 cal/day...regardless of how much I exercise that day. AND I've begun eating only when hungry...big deal for me. I used to eat when bored and at night, mostly. I've cut that down a LOT and it has helped me get down quite quickly. I'm also not…

Ahhhh ha haaaaaaa!!!!! AWESOME!!!:drinker:

This is bascially what I do, too. I try to stay between 1500-1800 cal regardless of how much I exercised that day.

Do whatever you need to keep motivated and keep losing. I've adjusted my calories before. I also get in a lot of activity and don't eat all of the calories back, so it evens out. Your body will lose weight at it's own pace. I've sort of given up calculating every single last eaten calorie and exercise calories. As long as…

AWESOME!!! Great job!

Great work!!! Keep it up!!!:drinker:

Great job!!!

I agree on the resistance training. I started doing it again about 5 weeks ago and can really see a difference. You can do cardio all day long but doing resistance will help you firm up all over. I do a full body circuit 2-3x/wk. Start doing it and give it about 4-6 weeks and you'll see a difference.

It can be done! That's a fabulous post!!!

I could NEVER drink coffee black...I'd rather give it up totally or go with lattes. I do put in about 100-200 cal worth of creamer in my coffee throughout the day, but allow it for my calories and workout a wee bit longer so I can have it.

Ditto, lol. I do get in activity MOST days of the week, but if I don't do it one day...no big deal. I'm not eating anything that's going to throw off my week if I don't burn calories one or two days a week doing exercise. For me, I'm MORE consistent if I don't get too obsessive about it...I can't do all or nothing because…

I just hit two goals today, so I got a new mascara and a cd. Next goal I'll get another cd and highlights for Spring.

Ditto.
