That's awesome! It's weird though. We all think that a smaller size will look better on us...but it REALLY is all about the fit. What about swimming? Maybe doing some resistance on parts of the body that aren't injured? If you belong to a gym, talk to a trainer. I'm guessing as you lose weight, the pain should also feel a bit less. Does biking bother your knee? Elliptical bother it? I've never torn a meniscus so I don't know what would and wouldn't…

I'm not a doctor, but if you're sweating and still getting in a workout then I wouldn't worry about it. If it bothers you that much then go see a doctor. What about running on a treadmil??? I know that can get my HR up faster than the elliptical or bike. Good luck!:smile:

I do the same thing. I'll start doing well and think I can have a little more of this or a little more of that and then I slack off slightly on the gym and then all of a sudden you throw in hormones and PMS in the mix and I'm up 5-10 lbs! I'm really trying to eat better FIRST and not waste my time spending hours at the gym…

Got back on track after 4 days of eating way too much...darn hormones and period. Back at it and looking forward to weighing in on Thursday. Will be happy with staying the same as last week's WI.

Lost 1 lb since last WI. So at 171.2 (didn't WI yesterday due to period) and will WI again next Monday or Thursday. Looking to hit the 160s again, soon!!! Really looking to be at mid 160s in another 8 weeks...about 1/2 lb/wk realistically...

I would say that it would help decrease spikes in insulin and blood sugar levels...maybe helping decrease any cravings you may have. I know for me, if I start eating regular white pasta...I could eat the WHOLE box in one sitting. It doesn't really fill me up. I've eaten a lot less of the stuff you mentioned in the last two…
