My face really only gets beet red when I run...not with other aerobic workouts. Otherwise, I get really sweaty...stay pale and a bit cold, actually...weird, I know.

In my opinion, I think being overweight or obese makes us look OLDER. So losing the weight will put you looking at the age of where you are....but also depends upon lifestyle, genetics and how you take care of yourself.

I also did my TDEE for my GOAL weight of 155...so it says about 2100 cal/day for 3x/wk exercise. So I'm eating about 1900-2000 cal/day and going to see what happens. I can get tired when I'm bored. It's also difficult to sit all day and not get tired. Is there anyway you can get up and walk around a bit...get the blood pumping??? Not sure where you work, but maybe if you need to take a bathroom break you can take stairs to another floor???

I've been a night person my whole life. Even when I was little I was never one to jump out of bed. My parents would have to knock on my door a few times before I got going. Early for me is 8am to get up. 10am for the gym is early for me and I also have less energy to workout harder at that time.

I hate the way I look in most pics lately...so I try to avoid cameras. THAT's my inspiration, alone. I want to look good in photos AND in real life!!! I figure in 10-15 lbs I will be taking more photos. :happy:

That happened to me last night! I think I just didn't eat enough throughout the day and then when I ate a bit too much last night, I also figured, wth...I already "blew it" for today. I did workout so the damage wasn't TOO bad...but it's how I felt out of control which I HATE! So I actually upped my calories to 2000 AGAIN…

Yup. I count activities that make me sweat as exercise, whether it be raking leaves, shoveling snow or playing sports/gym workout.

I feel you pain! I feel like I have to lose 20 lbs in order for my thighs and legs to look slimmer and more toned. I have enough muscle...need to shrink them a few inches so my pants fit comfortably. The waist is always too big and the thighs are too snug...errrr.
