I take 1 or 2 Alive for women 50+ depending on what I have going on physically. I also take 1 or 2 5-HTP that are my happy pills :) Can I really tell a difference if I don't take them? Hell ya!

Great job! I noticed that it seems that you do your cardio first. I use to also until I read on here that you should do like a 5 minute warm up then weight train followed with cardio workout. It has to do with how body uses glycogen I think. I will try to find it for you.

I haven't set any rewards and have wondered about that. Should I reward myself for something I should be doing anyway? If so do you reward for every 10, 20 or 25 pounds? I lose 1 pound a week but there is a lot of effort that goes into losing that pound.

I get up at 5 to be at the gym by 5:30ish :) I have water before my workout. 5 minute warmup on elliptical followed by rotating strength Circuit then 30 minutes on the elliptical. When I get home I have a cup of Kashi Go Lean Crunch mixed with a cup of Chobani Greek Yogurt.
