Bread replacement... like Crispbreads, Rice Cakes, Ryvita.... Trouble is... they all taste like cardboard and (for me) don't give you the satisfaction bread does.... I have been eating bread but drastically cut it down from like 6 slices a day to just 1 or 2 slices so i still get my bread fix.

Mixed opinions!!!! I guess it boils down to what time you go to bed, and exactly how many calories you eat? A bowl of cereal an hour before bed is ok... but saving up all your calories and then eating a pizza 10 minutes before bed... probably not a great idea?

Everybody will be different..... if you have got away with it for 7 weeks, then nice one! I recently started up again and went for a run.... felt like death... but the next one felt slightly better... and so on and so on...

Thanks for the comments everyone... like you said Warley the app is a great way to help you keep track and control how many calories you take it.... i wish i'd started using it a couple of years ago! (trying not to get carried away.... only been doing this for a week... just hope i can keep it going :)
