  • Ehh..... Id be careful of this approach.... he might take the action as a metaphor.... a metaphor for what? I'm not sure... but nothing you want a part of.

  • Research seem to prove that soda and coffee do count towards hydration, and that the diuretic effect is negligible.... even food counts. Personally its just easier for me to strive for 8 cups of actual water but its nice to know if I fall short I'm not necessarily dehydrated.
  • magerum.... that is 13 + oz. of liquid per hour for 16 hours each day (on the low end).... subtract the time it takes for 13 bathroom breaks you would need to take (based on the average bladder capicity). That is quite a feat. Seems to be workin for ya though!
  • Two weeks ago.... my first softball game of the season after a very inactive winter. Slow, tired and unproductive... I felt like the old guy that everyone looks at and quietly wishes would hang them up. I have lost 10 lbs since then and it has made a world of difference already. Good luck to everyone!
