  • I would guess muscle gain. Sounds like you're getting some great workouts in and they could be sculpting your muscles away! :) Make sure you're getting plenty of water in and watch your sugars and see if that helps

  • I would love to know how many calories you all are eating in a day. As I said, I'm 6'1". My SW was 231 CW is 219 GW is 185. I had a good loss the first 2 weeks and am slowing down and I think I may not be taking enough in. I'm averaging around 1000 a day with a goal of 1440.

It would totally depend on how big you made them as far as nutrition goes, but these are the facts based on mine which were 2 Tbl. sized balls (which is plenty..very filling!) and I just used the regular crunchy peanut butter in my pantry which is where most of the calories are coming from.…
