I'm 27. Really looking for some friends on here. I don't really have support at home with my weight loss goals. I find I do much better if I have support. I'm hoping finding some friends on here will help keep me on track. I've lost over 45 pounds before but gained half of it back.

i started at 240 pounds and was in size 16 (tight) and am down 51 pounds currently, and in a size 14 (fits just right) it took about 38 pounds or so until i fit into the 14. it was very frustrating! glad to know its not just me though.

i know what you mean. my bf and i used to go 3 or 4 times a week. then i fell into the habbit of working out at home, and now i want to go back to the gym to switch it up, but im nervous about going back at first. im really shy.

Id say Im about 95% honest. i measure whatever i can, but dont have a food scale but i estimate as closely as i can.

Thanks everyone. I dont try to avoid fat, just want to keep it at a reasonable intake amount each day. The only meat i eat is chicken, with the occasional turkey, so its hard to always meet my calorie needs from everything else. Im for sure going to be buying some avocado to throw into my diet though.
