I don't think it's crazy. I go at 5:30 AM and I'm usually super tired afterwards. But after I come home and have protein and shower, etc I start feeling a lot better. Welcome! I've been doing Crossfit since December, but only started myfitnesspal yesterday. I do love Crossfit because I do things there I would never make myself do on my own.

I'm pretty new to CF as well (started Dec 22) and this is my first day on MyFitnessPal. I have never really liked working out but I love going to CF. Just paid for another 6 months last month. I'm doing things I never thought I'd be able to do and it feels awesome!
