  • I eat a lot of eggs. I eat them in different ways, hard boiled, scrambled with some tomatoes and ham. I also just got a whey protein powder and did a protein shake today It was really good :) I also love sausages. You can make a sandwich with whole grain bread, ham and eggs.
  • Totally agree with the poster above. Insanity is NOT beginner work out. Its tough and you do have to have a certain fitness level to do it. I would suggest you do something lighter than the 30day Shred for a while and then move up to Insanity. I'm not sure if you should return it, maybe keep it and have a goal in your mind…

  • I have had this for a very long time and this is what I was told. I just had to get used to it, make sure that every time you stand up , you do it slowly. When working out when I have to go from sitting/laying to standing position, I make sure that my chin touches my chest as I go up. That helps a lot.

  • I would love to know what are your sources for this. In some cases the amount of carbs DO matter. If you are just looking to lose weight, then this advice would apply. If you had a condition like PCOS or diabetes, managing carbs is absolutely the most important thing no matter how many calories are you consuming.
