  • Max Cardio is done. I like this so much better than Max Plyo. It is alot like Pure Cardio and its really not that bad. My knee was hurting today so I couldn't push myself too hard but I was still sweating like crazy. And this workout is only 47 minutes so not too bad compared to the other 2 this week.   • I just completed Max Interval Plyo and the workouts were more challenging. This workout takes more coordination to get the moves right. I hope the next time my form is better so I can get more out of it.
