  • I drink protein shakes every day - they are a good source of protein and low in calories and sugar - you should calculate them in and add them in your normal calories.

  • Did a great workout on Saturday doing Cardio Powr & Resistance and then went right into the Cardio Recovery. My legs felt like Jello! But I felt good afterwards. Took a rest day on Sunday and now hitting it hard today with Pure Cardio and Abs. I have 4 days to hit it hard before we go on a float trip over the weekend.

  • Most peopel have an HRM as it can vary person to person. I don't log my calories from my workouts as I have used the guidelines for finding my daily calories as outlined in the pamplet that came with my Insanity so my workout calories are already figured in.
