our valentines day is Sunday as everyones working Monday!! we are having a full 3 course meal, and its still in my calorie goal, excluding workout so think i will have a few choccies as a treat :)

ive been doing it for 4 weeks and already had 2 days off lol. one was a shopping trip involving pizza hut and one was just a bad evening involving Chinese & chocolate and im still loosing! Go for it, like you say log it and then get back on track the next day x

we are having a full 3 course meal for under 700 cals!! Scallops with a pea puree to start, Lamb & crushed potatoes with green beans for main and low calorie chocolate mousse for dessert :)

dark choc is better but i find a 40 calorie Options hot chocolate drink takes the cravings right away!

Continued use of sudafed (or other products similar) will eventually cause you more problems than not taking! You can get a bounce back of congestion with prolonged use and much more. My advice would be to take it for 7 days then give a break. Well thats what they say in the pharmacy i work for

if you want it, have it!! Refusing yourself a thing you love will never work, have it in moderation then you wont miss it as much!!
