my sister went from a size 18 to 8 on slimming world and only put a tiny bit on, shes been at a size 10 for a few years now so they do work for some people.

i burn approx 400 cals when at the gym but i really couldnt eat all of them back, my targets 1290. 3rd week in and im still loosing steadily. Today ive burned, 500ish cals, ive eaten both my lunch & breakfast with snacks and have a filling dinner planned and im still under my goal. I would be forcing myself to eat another…

I swear by good food, all my dinners are from there, i do find myself listing each ingredient though as alot of them are not listed here :D

if im hungry i eat some but not all. Most ive eaten is 100 back and ive been loosing 2lb steadily per week

not brave enough for zumba but ive been doing aquafit, seems easy to start but i can hardly move by the end of it!! Well done btw :)

i had pizza the other day, went over in cals but didnt feel guilty for it. Worked out a bit harder the next day and contiuned on my normal routine. You HAVE to live and if that means a cheat every now and again why not.

im not a big breakfast eater and tend to have a sandwich/or bakedpotato for lunch which leaves about 600-700+ left. Take a look at my diary for ideas or suggestions if im going wrong!!

i dont eat extra cals, if i was starving i would but so far im managing healthy on my goal amount. Ive read sucess stories doing it both ways though so go with what you feel you need

Hi, im a mum to a 7yrold girl, and want to reach my midway point by july (about 21lb). Lost 6lb so far. Working out on my days off so it can vary from 2-4days. Also starting aquafit & bums and tums next week! Im a chocaholic so finding the cravings hard mid-afternoon to evening!!
