  • Thanks, but I'm not interested in sort of "diet" other than non-GMO/organic clean-eating. I appreciate the input! Thanks everyone for your comments. It makes me feel better about my sugars. :)
  • Yeah, my blood sugar has spiked recently out of nowhere and my doctor said the numbers are almost pre-diabetic. Type 2 diabetes is in my family (contrary to popular belief Type 2 CAN be hereditary) so I'm trying to watch my sugar intake. I know eating sugar alone won't affect my weight, I worded that incorrectly in my…
  • I have two faerie tattoos on my shoulder blades, one is a fire faerie and one is a moon faeire. I love faeries, I've been told I'm a fiesty person, and my Zodiac sign is Cancer, and we're known as "children of the moon." :)
  • xbox?? maybe when you're a big girl you'll get a PS3  haha I do love me some Soul Caliber though, I can't afford V yet cause i'm broke as a joke, but as soon as the price comes down you bet your *kitten* I'm picking it up! Recently got FFXIII-2 for $20, so at least that will keep me occupied lol
  • Lmao I've hit myself in the face a few times :blushing: I used to run a lot and I didn't know about special sports bras for busty ladies so running plus big boobies... not fun.
  • I use the Enell bra as well. It can be pricey, I think I paid almost $80 for mine? but it's also still in great condition, even almost 2 years later. I need a new one though, when I bought it I was a 38G and now I'm a 36DDD lol
  • Agree 100% Dani. I've tried so many gimmick weight loss products and diets, but the weight always comes back once you start eating "real" food. People are just too obsessed with immediate results, but the only true way to lose weight and keep it off is to eat right and incorporate some exercise into your life. Don't waste…

  • Same here. My day doesn't "start" until I wake up, no matter what time that is.
  • I'll have to look for fiber gummies! I'd rather chew on that than drink this gross orange powder 3x a day lol
  • Thanks everyone! I guess I'll log it in then lol
  • LOL same here... I always tell myself "Just one spoon. ...Ok, one more. ....Ok, one more. ...Ok, I need somebody to wrestle this away from me."
  • Ahh thank you!! I'm Googling now :)
  • I've been thinking about getting one, myself. I've been on a plateau for more than a year now... I need to do something different. The FitBit is a bit pricey for me, but I don't know what it's actually called so I can research some cheaper models, lol.
  • I actually haven't lost anything in my actual breasts, but my band size has gone from a 40G to a 34F. I'll take it. I have gone to a plastic surgeon about a reduction (my back is always in pain because of my girls) and he told me I have no actual fat in my breasts, it's all tissue, and no matter how much weight I lose I…
  • I'm at that much as well. I try to eat fish most nights but when I have something vegetarian or chicken I supplement my fat with nuts, eggs, and olive oil. I can't afford avocados every week, but I sure wish I could!
  • I had the same problem, where I was netting around 600 calories per day because I was eating less than 1200 calories but then burning off about 500-600 calories and not eating it back. Joining this site and talking to other people on here helped me realize I need to figure out what my TDEE is and to eat back my exercise…
  • Yeah, I definitely sweat like 100x more than the other girls I see at the gym. I used to feel self-conscious about it, like there was something wrong with my body, but then I realized I was there to actually work out and not look cute then complain guys "were staring." Now I feel like if I don't sweat I didn't work my body…
  • wow, you look fantastic! what an inspiration you are, and now after seeing this I feel motivated to keep going!
  • I try to eat as naturally as possible, but honestly sometimes I like the taste of the "low-fat" stuff versus the "real" stuff. Soda I can't drink unless it's diet, the original recipes are too sugary for me, and I do use stevia instead of sugar because I have a blood sugar problem. But other than that I only use real food.…
  • I always eat my exercise calories back. Your body needs those calories to burn off the fat; technically you could not exercise at all and still lose 1 pound a week if you're eating 500 calories LESS than what your body needs to maintain weight safely and healthily. If you're only consuming 1200 calories (which honestly is…
  • When I was in high school (oh geez, almost a decade ago  ) I ran 10 miles every day, and let me tell you I had some hot abs. Lol. I really should start running again, but I'm into yoga now and I do the stair machine because I burn more calories. But now I'm thinking about switching back to running outside.
  • I went to the Bahamas in .... 2006?? Not on a cruise, though, I stayed on the islands. Beautiful island, I wish I could go back. I did the dolphin tour where you get to swim with them (that was fun!) and I did the snorkel tour. I'm not sure what you're allowed to do if you're on a cruise, but maybe check out what the…
  • You can enter in your own exercises, if that helps. But as far as plank goes, my core is a lot stronger because of doing planks in yoga. I haven't done the 30-second interval thing, but mostly because I can hold plank for longer than that (again, thanks to yoga). It definitely works out your core, so try it? Worst-case…
  • I agree with this; about 70% of the time you think you're "hungry" you're actually just thirsty. I would try drinking about a cup of water and waiting 20 minutes (it takes that long for your stomach to realize it's "full") to see if the hunger subsides. If not, then you really are hungry, and I suggest eating oatmeal or a…
  • Central exists! I'm definitely in Central Jersey, Monmouth county to be exact! :)
  • I'm lactose intolerant and recently made the switch from soy to almond. .......What do you mean by "enhances"??? I'm a 36DDD/34F at the moment... I don't want them to get much bigger!
  • Holy crap, you look amazing! So inspiring, and now I'm motivated to keep going. Thank you!
  • I generally eat about the same amount of calories per meal, and I always have a smoothie for breakfast that puts me at about 220-250 calories (depends on what I put in it that day lol) It depends on what and how you are eating though, but for me a 250-calorie meal is plenty because I can't actually eat that much in one…
  • NJ here, central Jersey to be exact. Would love to add people, especially fellow Central Jerseyans!
