Fiber powder

Hi, can anyone help answer my question? I have a stomach condition that makes it that I only go #2 like once a week, or every 4 days at MOST, even though I eat eggs and yogurt every day. I get horrible painful bloating no matter what I eat and I just don't know what's wrong with me. I've picked up a tub of fiber powder (metamucil/benefiber type stuff) and this one is supposed to be taken 3 times a day. Each "serving" has 45 calories, but do I log that into my diary? Do they count towards my daily calorie intake? Any input would be appreciated, and no judgements. We all poop. Thanks!

I would log it.
And the fiber powder is a pain, I would recommend the capsules if you're going to supplement.0 -
I buy fiber gummies, taste like candy
I would log it

Calories are calories, your body doesn't care where they come from... though if it does it's job you'll more than make up for it in waste elimination!0

I'll have to look for fiber gummies! I'd rather chew on that than drink this gross orange powder 3x a day lol0
