I have been eating less than 100g of carbs per day now for months and have never felt better. I stress though that pretty much ALL my carbs come from veggies a small amount of fruit and sometimes a little quinoa or rice. I choose wisely.. I have seen posts for sugar containing between 360-380 cals per 100g. The organic raw agave syrup I have has 312 per 100g ... so thats not right. Plus you get the vitamins, minerals and enzymes.

Just a thought... but if you are eating fairly clean healthy foods and you feel full isn't that the goal?? Shouldn't we be teaching ourselves 'look we are full stop eating' Surely that is the only way to maintain a goal weight and a healthy attitude towards food and eating :)

I clean everyday don't really see the point in logging it its not exactly a workout. I do log gardening however as at least there is a bit more effort involved...

Mushrooms by far! 100g is only 22 calories fantastic dry fried with eggs for a very filling and low cal, high protein, fast to cook dinner. Plus they taste like meat if you add herbs and sea salt and pepper.

Switching out to a protein bar for breakfast has really saved me! I can't eat a lot of grains either. Also quinoa is a lifesaver as it really fills you up and boosts a salad.

I really like ASN's extreme energy and extreme cuts. I hope they don't ban those too its hard to find things that actually help with energy and hunger. Most don't work.
