When I do it I log it as circuit training. It is quite the workout and I want to get the "credit" for it!

Have you ever walked the road up Rib Mountain? Both of my walking partners moved away over the winter and I would love someone to walk the mountain with once a week in the evening or late afternoon (weather dependent). Feel free to friend or message me if you are interested. I've been on MFP for a couple of years now and I…

I am here, have been off and on but after a measure check today I will be more regularly. I gained inches and that is not acceptable!
-
OMG - just logged in measurements for another challenge and I am up 2 1/2" that is not okay!!!! I have been terrible for the last couple month about getting my workouts in. My weight is steady but the inches tell it all. Guess what I will be doing tonight???? Extra hard workout and walks!

^ This - ask for a referral to a dietitian I have some health issues that mess with my metabolism. I tried the 1200 on doctor's advice and steadily gained. That's a very generic guideline that they give because they aren't knowledgeable in that area. With more research on my part it was determined I need to be at around…

To those that gained - do you also track your measurements? They are a much better indicator then the scale. I can go weeks with out losing any pounds but will lose 2 or 3 inches.

I started making my own granola bars. They average about 110 calories and are great. I can control what is in them and even add in a handful of chocolate chips for a chocolate fix with out adding a lot of calories.

I have lost about 35 lbs in the last year, most of it over 6 months last year. It took a lot of work to find what worked for me. If not eating gluten makes you feel better I don't know why you couldn't go gluten free or cut back on it at least. What are you concerned of with adrenal fatigue? I researched it a bit once. I…

I've been there to. One thing I found that helps is having a goal to work towards (and not a weight goal) - last year it was a Florida vacation. Now it is a pair of pants and skirt that are one size down. You can get an outfit that you love in one or two sizes smaller and hang it up where you can see it, that helps me. And…

Here are mine! 1) Work out at home Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday, a walk doesn't count. 2) Go to zumba on Wednesday 3) Burn 3500 calories this week by exercise
-
I do most of my working out at home to videos and I walk a lot (I have two large dogs that need daily walks). I also go to a zumba class once a week (that I have missed for 3 weeks, no excuses this week), another work out class once or twice a week in the fall thru spring, andn the summer I play softball once or twice a…

Wahoo! I see I am at 25% of my goal and it's only the 5th :) Very happy with myself and motivated to keep it up!

LOL No kids but feel that way when my husband is home! :D Out of whack thyroid levels can do that too. I have a couple of days a month where I an fatigued and it's due to a dip in my thyroid levels.

Looks like a tasty salad! Thank you for sharing. What's with the comment about the onion - that's actually quite accurate. Also I often eat a 1/2 of a store bought boneless chicken breast (a whole one is huge) and it comes in 70-90 calories so seems fine to me. Only thing that looks off to me is the cheese but I don't like…

I had my 4 year follow-up last week and was very happy to hear I can skip the shots this year! My thyroglobulin has been undetectable since my TT so he feels we can do that every other year now.
