Have you seen a doctor to find out what the pain is from? I actually have some arthritis. He sent me to physical therapist who had me doing exercises to strengthen where my knees were weak to help combat it. Same as above. I did start with low-impact stuff but rarely do that anymore and my knees have gotten better.

I make homemade granola bars, they are easy and way cheaper. And you control what is in them. There are lots of recipes out on there to try and all can be modified.

I've had the same as above. Why is it so hard for people to understand that you aren't on a "diet"? That it's still okay to eat what I want in moderation. And it's not just once but numerous times from friends and family. Thankfully my husband is pretty supportive about it all and doesn't question or comment on what I eat.

Thankfully it will be better in a couple days! I was hypo for a few weeks prior to having radioactive iodine - it sucked! I can't imagine having to live that way for a longer period of time.

Sorry I didn't see your post till today. I get the Tyrogen shots every couple years. Mine also included blood work on Wednesday. I didn't have any side affects to the shots except it messes with your levels. I was tired, forgetful and very cranky Wed, Thursday and Friday. But I recovered pretty quick.

I would just take a day or two off and then work through it. How often have you had them reoccurring? And do you still get the same amount of sleep or are you getting less? That could be the reason.

I get McDonals a few times a year. I order the grilled chicken classic w/out mayo for 300 cal and a plain ice tea. If I have the macros I will splurge and get the grilled chicken club w/out mayo for 460 calories. For breakfast I've had the egg white delight, oatmeal or fruit and yogurt.

I had a TT a little over four years ago. I did have problems moving my neck for a few weeks but I also had quite a few lymph nodes removed (and a 5 hours surgery). My suggestion - don't worry about the scale. Take measurements and track those instead of the scale. My weight hasn't moved in almost 2 months but I am way down in inches lost. Taking pictures over time helps too.

Love bananas and have always heard they were a supper fruit. Unfortunately I am allergic to them so can only have a couple bites. I do often slice up about a 1/2 piece on my cereal.

I just started using her DVD's and I enjoy them! With the pace, weights and added moves my heart rate is much more elevated then walking outside. I think they are a great cardio and toning workout. I miss being able towalk a lot out doors, and my dogs are what push me to do that, but it has been too cold most days. I recently started adding in walking videos bt Leslie Sansone and that makes me feel better and gets me more motivated. I am working out more since adding those!

^this. I too have to have 1400-2000 calories and higher protein. It took me a while to find the numbers that work but this is it. 1200 made me crabby and gaining weight. Also when did you last have your levels checked? If you are losing weight ask your doctor at what level of weight loss you need to have your levels…

Making flavored water helps if you do not like plain water. Just add fruit or veggies to your water, as little or as much as you want to taste. My two favorites are orange & cranberry and cucumber & lime. I do not drink a lot of water and fluids in general but this helps.

I would ask if they also tested your T4 and T3 and what those values are. I know when I have my blood work done they test all three values.

I hate being cold! I can deal with brittle nails, digestive issues and all the other problems I have but being cold is the worst and the only one I complain about. I am always cold, and once I get really cold can not warm up.
