I work out on Tuesday and Thursdays 5:30 - 6:30 pm. Monday & Wednesday 12-1 pm. Not too late and not too early. I actually think I sleep much better now than when I didn't work out. I take an iron pill and have my iron levels checked every 2 months - they are fine. Thanks for the suggestion to track it! Never would have…

35 pounds. Sadly it took that long. But I have over 100 lbs to lose so that might be a factor.

V8 low sodium. I drink it room temp if I haven't gotten in my greens for the day. Goes down fast and actually tastes pretty good.

I have only lost 65 pounds, but... It's only been 9 months! I have lowered my blood pressure I have lowered my cholesterol I have gone from a size 26 to 18 I have inspired others I feel awesome 9 out of 10 days I am making progress everyday!
