I was the same way about a year and a half ago and finished my first half marathon late last year. Like Prince said, find the right shoes and go at your own pace. I found that after i would hit mile 2 on every run, it would get easier. But those first 2 were always the hardest. Good luck!

Pretty similar to my situation. I have been on Strong lifts for 6 weeks. I am 31, started at about 212lb and I am currently at 200. Not sure I am one to give advice on this, but I will give my two cents. I would be sure to get enough protein in your diet, I would watch your carb intake while eating clean and I would be sure to include weight lifting into your routine. Lifting weight will help you burn calories throughout the day and obviously help you…

Go for a walk outside. Its free.

Try Vodka and water. Throw a lime and lemon slice in it along with some Mio (whatever flavor you like). Its awesome.
